• Participation is Optional. Most guests just want to relax, and that’s okay. In GroupSplit, "doing nothing" is a valid state. But for those who want to help, jumping in to claim a dish or split a bottle of wine takes seconds.
• No Designated "Accountant". Most apps force one person to do all the work. We don't believe in that. Pass the phone around. Let someone scan, let someone else assign. It’s not a chore for a hero; it’s a quick team effort.
• Trust the Math. No black boxes. Tax, tips, and shares are clear down to the cent. When people trust the math, they relax. And when they relax, they have a better time.
• Calm by Design. We don’t interrupt your dinner with ads. We don’t hold features hostage behind paywalls. The interface gets out of your way so you can get back to the conversation.
